Why do we see the world this way?

We’re in the herd yet so aloof;

Damn, none of us are bulletproof.

Why do we suffer night and day?

Please tell the truth of this affray,

Days are full of stress and crime;

We teach our kids it’s all sublime.

Why do we see the world this way?

Come shed the awful, loathsome news;

it can be good, just don’t delay.

Good fortune rids us of the blues.

Please listen people, it’s all a ruse.

Sun comes out, now we can play!
